Mississippi officials discourage usage of CBD products
State law and health enforcement officials in Mississippi are warning the general public about making use of CBD items.
JACKSON, Skip. (WTVA) – State health insurance and law enforcement officials in Mississippi are warning the general public about the employment of CBD services and products.
The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN) and the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) discouraged the use of CBD products during a Wednesday press conference, officials with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety ( DPS.
Cannabidiol (CBD) hails from the cannabis plant and it has been utilized in different ways, such as the remedy for pain.
“We have no clue exactly what components or quantities have been in these products and without the right labeling, you don’t understand what you might be eating which is dangerous,” Commissioner of Public protection Marshall Fisher said.
